Originating from Guatemala.

The refined Arabica we select stands out for its characteristic sweetness and rich bouquet of aromas.
The coffee features notable notes of chocolate, caramel, citrus, and honey.

Which country is Arabica Selection Guatemala from?
This coffee grows in the mountains of Guatemala up to an altitude of 2000 meters.
At this height, the cooler temperatures are softened by warm winds from Mexico.
The soil is very rich, and the surrounding area is characterized by high biodiversity.

PRESSURIZED PACKAGING: EXCLUSIVE TO ILLY
When coffee comes into contact with air, forty percent of the aroma is lost within eight hours. To preserve the coffee, it is usually vacuum-packed. Illy has long used a different technology, which is effective, patented, and exclusive. In illy cans, inert gas is introduced under pressure. This traps, fixes, and protects the aromas for a long time. Just like a fine wine, coffee in illy cans becomes more refined, the taste even rounder, and it is preserved longer. Inert gas (nitrogen) is not an additive and dissolves immediately once the can is opened.
