Send your complaint to [email protected]. You will receive an immediate confirmation, and we will provide a detailed response within 14 days. If we need more time, we will of course let you know.

Step 2 – Still not resolved?

If you cannot resolve the issue with us, you can submit your complaint for mediation through WebwinkelKeur, to which De Koffiebaron is affiliated.

Since 15 February 2016, EU consumers can also submit complaints via the European Commission's ODR platform.
If your complaint is not already being handled elsewhere, you may submit it there.
