Shipping, Cancellation & Returns:
Delivery in the Netherlands via GLS: Orders placed on weekdays before 4 PM are shipped the same day.
Orders within the Netherlands and Belgium are delivered the next working day.
Orders to Germany are delivered within 3 working days.
Once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive an email with the "tracking details of your order". Follow the instructions in the email.
Note: For "Pay Later" orders, it is not possible to choose a different pickup location, such as a Pick-up point.
Shipping costs in the Netherlands, excluding the Wadden Islands (surcharge €6.85):
For all orders within the Netherlands (excluding the Wadden Islands), shipping costs are €5.60 or €5.95.
A surcharge applies for Saturday delivery.
Belgium and Germany: Orders to Germany have a maximum of 10 kg of coffee, and shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order.

Actual shipping costs depend on the weight of your order. Email us your requirements, and we will provide a shipping quote.
Order Status:
Order Confirmation:
After placing an order on our website, you will receive an "order confirmation" email, confirming that we have received your order.
Order Ready for Shipment:
Once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive an email with the "tracking details of your order". Follow the instructions in the email.
Tracking Your Order:
Once we have shipped your order, you will receive a shipping notification containing a tracking number to follow the status via "Track & Trace".
Delivery Times:
De Koffiebaron aims to deliver your order within 1 working day. For prepaid orders, shipment begins after payment has been received. Deliveries outside the Netherlands usually take 1-4 working days.
Cancellation & Returns:
Cancellation:
Cancelling an order is free of charge as long as it has not yet been shipped by De Koffiebaron. If you cancel after the order has been shipped, refuse the package upon delivery. Your payment will be refunded (within 14 days) once we have received the refused package.
Returns:
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product. You will then receive a full refund of the order amount, including shipping costs. Return shipping from your home to the webshop is at your own expense (approximately €6.95 per package, check your carrier for exact rates). The product must be returned with all delivered accessories and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, contact us at [email protected]. We will refund the order amount within 14 days of your return notification, provided we have received the product in good condition.
