How to make a Calypso Coffee?

Ingredients for 1 glass:

  • 1 cup hot coffee
  • 20 ml dark rum
  • 20 ml coffee liqueur (such as Tia Maria or Kahlúa)
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • Whipped cream

Preparation:

  1. Brew a strong coffee, for example, Mocca d'Or Koffie van het huis – Blend.
  2. Add sugar to the hot coffee and stir well.
  3. Add rum and coffee liqueur and stir again.
  4. Pour into a pre-warmed glass and top with whipped cream.
