Make Your Own Plant-Based Milk: Oat, Almond & More
Making plant-based milk at home is easy, healthy, and sustainable. Whether oat, almond, or soy milk, you can customize flavor and texture to your liking.
Why make it yourself?

1. Oat Milk
500 ml water + 50 g oats, optional pinch of salt or oil. Blend & strain, lasts 3–4 days.
2. Almond Milk
100 g almonds soaked 8–12 hours, blend with 500 ml water & strain. Optional sweetener. Keep 3–4 days refrigerated.
3. Soy Milk
100 g soybeans soaked 12 hours, blend with 1 L water, cook 10 min, strain. Max 3 days refrigerated.
Tips for coffee
- For cappuccino/latte: add oil or cashews for creaminess
- Use cold water when blending
- Shake before use
- Sweeten with dates, agave, or vanilla
Barista tip
Do not heat above 65°C; barista variants contain extra protein for stable froth.
